Download the ZIP and extract it.
Move the extracted folder toSteam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\myprojects.
Restart Wallpaper Engine. The template shows up under Installed.
To customize it, open the Wallpaper Engine editor and choose Open wallpaper → the template's project.json.
